We've just had a long weekend here, it started thursday and finished monday. One thing is for sure, the french love their holidays. The breaks coupled up with their 35 hour week ensures that there is very little productivity in this country and after being here for a year I can see why.In general the french are not really too keen on working hard, although their new president Sarkozy wants to change that ,I dont think its going to be easy for him!!!
I've nearly finshed at Robs,so I can start doing a bit more at our place.Corinnes flat out saving the children in child protection
The weather is still beautiful and I'm surfing nearly every day at the moment.Living and working a stones throw from the beach makes it easy to get in the water and you dont lose three hours just to go surfing.

Well I've got about an hour to go then home to pack and off in the morning at 10am, ready for 13 hours of travel to Samui. We have booked a 27' catamaran for next Wednesday as we have some friends coming over to stay with us for 6 days in Samui and we bought the sailing day as a wedding present for them. FA Cup this Satruday night so we'll be at the Islander Bar which is a great pub to watch footbal at, heaps of memorabillia on the walls and heaps of football fans pack in so bound to be another great night, just like the past 2 years, and it's ona t the sensible time of 9pm.
I'll send you ore updates as we go along.
