Pollen

Springtime here brings the yearly pollen explosion which goes on for a couple of weeks.Everything is yellow and thick with a layer of pollen that has to be regularly washed off the cars.Thes shots i took of our car had a couple of days build up on it.

No waves!!! I'm starting to climb the walls,Its been flat for 2 weeks and doesnt look like picking up for nearly another week

Two day wedding-Easter

We had an amazing time at a wedding that went 2 days for our easter break.Some friends Corinne has known for many years.She actually introduced them to each other about 20 years ago, so theyve been together a long time.Unfortunately Co was sick with a nasty throat infection and it dampened her spirits a little.Jean-luc is the classic aging rock-star,with a great band that played and were really very good.Plenty of good food and wine with a stuffed baby pig rotissoried (soo good!) that was sensational.It was backed up the next day with more festivities and big bbq lunch.We stayed at a b&b not far away and had a little look around this southern part of Bretagne.Very nice area with not enough time to be able to see more.Found a Horse butcher-very interesting!?!?There were also some megalithes behind the b&b-large rocks strategically placed in formation without clues of the history or how they were plced,quite amazing as the structure was over 2 metre high and 4 metres long-very heavy granite!

1st April- Corinnes birthday.Queen for the day.
Raining most of the day so not much joy in that.
We're getting ready to go north near Nantes tomorrow for 3 nights.Corinne has some friends there that are getting married on Saturday.So weve rented a b&b for the stay and it looks like being a big weekend with about 1000km round trip
